As you work your way toward graduation and make you post-grad plans, we’re pleased to announce that we will be continuing the NEXT program at Olivet. Students who graduate in May and August can enroll in one of Olivet’s MBA or MOL programs at a discounted rate. If you enroll in Fall 2024 in one of our 12, 18, or 24 month programs earning a Master of Business Administration or Master of Organizational Leadership, you will pay under $10,000 total tuition for your graduate degree! This rate is the lowest that we offer and we offer it exclusively to recent Olivet graduates.

Concepts covered in the core coursework include: competent communication in the digital workplace, ethics and crisis management, personal code of conduct, planning and control of business organizations, data gathering, evaluation and decision making, financial analysis, capital structure, sources and uses of funds, financial health in light of organizational mission, how organizations benefit from branding success, defining solutions to problems, external impact of decisions, navigating change, and leadership strategies in emotional and cultural intelligence.
