Shailaja Ravola's success story advanced by her MBA through Olivet.

Olivet Nazarene University's School of Graduate and Continuing Studies extension offers 23 programs ranging from associate degrees to a doctorate in ethical leadership. The curriculum is completely online, offering maximum flexibility without sacrificing quality education.

So many Olivet alumni have found personal and professional success by pursuing a degree. Read their stories in this ongoing series!

Shailaja Ravola is currently the Associate Director for Project Management with CSL Plasma, a division of CSL Behring, a leader in global biotherapeutics. She received her MBA degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2016 through the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies.

She especially appreciates the experienced faculty who taught her classes. “Our professors provided quality content and real life examples,” Shailaja says. “They provided opportunities for individual consultations. The online discussions were engaging and thought provoking. Even though the program was offered virtually, the learning experience of the face-to-face classroom was maintained.”

While a student, Shailaja took the Global Immersion class. In pre-pandemic times, she and her cohort studied in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. While there, they interacted with and learned from executive leaders — like Kenneth Gile, the COO of Fly Dubai, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for United Arab Emirates.

“ONU's online MBA program is ideal for full-time professionals who want to gain knowledge and advance in their career,” says Shailaja. “I strongly recommend this program.”
