Olivet's Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree is made for you with elective opportunities in Leadership, Healthcare Leadership, Corporate Communications, and Nonprofit Management. 

If you are an emerging leader with a desire to shape organizations, this program will deliver the know-how. In this program, you will learn how to demonstrate the power of effective communication and teamwork within a community, the decision-making skills to further personal and organizational development, and the importance of innovation and implementation of strategies. No, we attract students from many disciplines and backgrounds who are looking to advance their business and leadership skills. 

How and when do I get started? 

Start today by completing an application for Olivet Online!  An admissions counselor will be in touch with you to help you all along the way! Once the application is complete and you request transcripts from schools previously attended, we will review your transcript, and connect you with a member of our student accounts team. Most students complete the admissions process in a couple of weeks. Courses start several times a year. You will be in class before you know it!
