Purple & Gold Days, hosted on select Fridays during the fall and spring semesters, are designed specifically for high school seniors and transfer students and their parents. These unique campus visit experiences aim to offer something more significant: a day full of connections, activities, and a preview of what it truly feels like to belong at Olivet.
What Makes Purple & Gold Days Epic?
During these special visit days, students and their families have opportunities to tour the campus, meet with admissions counselors, financial aid representatives and professors, with personalized meetings coordinated prior to your visit according to your specific interests.
The day includes:
- Campus and residence hall tours to see your potential home away from home
- One-on-one meetings with admissions counselors who are excited to meet you
- Faculty connections in your areas of academic interest
- Financial aid consultations to make your dreams accessible and affordable
- A complimentary luncheon with current students sharing their experiences
- Optional overnight stays for the full Olivet experience
Students and parents will hear from key members of the Olivet community including, Dr. Gregg Chenoweth, Olivet’s president. You will also have opportunities to meet with professors or coaches in areas like music, theater, the arts or varsity athletics.
