Our Faculty

Dean, Glen Rewerts, has led Olivet’s business program since 1993. A licensed attorney in the state of Illinois, a local businessman and community leader; however, Dr. Rewerts' passion is for the cause of Christ and the integration of faith into Christian colleges and universities.

Intercollegiate Competitions & Professional Service Activities

Olivet’s Enactus presentation team ranked in the top 32 of the 457 presentation teams in the nation, based on the team’s performance at regional and national competitions during the 2016–17 academic year. Olivet’s Student Society of Human Resource Management (SSHRM) presentation team came out on top with first place among 30 teams in the 2017 Division I Case Competition. Our Phi Beta Lambda - Future Business Leaders of America had 16 students attend the National Championship with 8 students as finalists and 3 National Champions.

Career Management & Internships

At Olivet's McGraw School of Business, Freshman and Sophomore students attend specifically designed seminars to advance their careers through resume writing and developing interviewing skills to networking and managing their online presence. 

All of the career management activities are designed for students to discover their strengths and to help them obtain an internship their Junior or Senior year. A full-time coordinator works with each student to help find an internship in their specific field to help in building their resume for their future career.

About Mick McGraw

In 2017, Olivet established The McGraw School of Business in honor of Michael “Mick” McGraw, president and CEO of Eastbrook Homes, to recognize his generous support of the University, his sterling professional career, his life of service, and his Christian character. McGraw received his bachelor’s degree in business from Olivet.
