“A shipwreck leaves Viola stranded on the island nation of Illyria and her twin, Sebastian, lost to the seas. For her protection, she disguises herself as a eunuch named Cesario working in the court of Duke Orsino. Viola loves Orsino. Orsino loves Olivia. Olivia loves Cesario, who is secretly Viola, who looks like Sebastian, who falls in love with Olivia. Malvolio is hopelessly in love with Olivia.
Andrew is hopeless, and in love with Olivia. Toby is in love with Andrew..!’s money. Antonio loves Sebastian, platonically. And Feste? Just happy to be here. Identities are confused, and swords are drawn. Twelfth Night is simply a comedy of Shakespearean proportions.”
