Be part of what makes Olivet great!

Speak in a Class

(1-2 hours, one-time opportunity)

Bring your real-world experience into the classroom. Share your career journey, industry expertise, or lessons learned with current students and help them connect what they’re learning at Olivet with where it can take them.

Mentor a Student

(1-2 hours/month, ongoing opportunity)

Invest in the next generation of Olivet alumni. Build a relationship with a current student by sharing encouragement, career insights, and the wisdom you’ve gained along the way. The Office of Alumni Relations can help to pari you with a student.

Help Recruit Future Tigers

(1-4 hours, flexible/one-time opportunity)

Know someone who would thrive at Olivet? Refer prospective students in your network or join us on campus for a recruiting event to help future Tigers discover what makes the Olivet experience special. Great people know great people!

Host a Regional Gathering

(3-5 hours, one-time opportunity)

Bring Olivet to your community! Help us create opportunities for alumni to reconnect by hosting or helping coordinate a gathering in your area—from a casual meetup to a larger regional event. The Office of Alumni Relations will partner with you to ensure you have all the resources that you need.

Serve on the Alumni Board

(2-4 hours/month, ongoing opportunity)

Help shape the future of alumni engagement at Olivet. Alumni Board members lend their perspective, ideas, and leadership to strengthen connections between alumni and the University. Contact Erika Moeschke for more information.

Share Your Olivet Story

(1-2 hours, one-time opportunity)

Your story can encourage and inspire others. Share how Olivet has been part of your journey through an interview for Olivet the Magazine, an online feature, the alumni podcast, or other University communications.

Participate in a Career Fair

(2-4 hours, one-time opportunity)

Put your professional experience and connections to work for Olivet students. Represent your organization at a career fair and help students discover internships, career opportunities and pathways into their field.

Volunteer at a Campus Event

(2-4 hours, one-time opportunity)

Come back to campus and be part of what makes Olivet events memorable. Lend a hand during Homecoming & Family Weekend, Move-In Weekend, Orientation, Grandparents Day and other special events throughout the year.

Become an Olivet Influencer

(1-2 hours/month, ongoing/flexible opportunity)

You don’t need thousands of followers to make an impact! Help spread the good news about Olivet by liking, sharing, and engaging with University content on your social media channels.
