After submitting your enrollment deposit, your Admissions Counselor will provide instructions to complete the Housing Application through my.olivet.edu. This is where residential students will select a meal plan, and where commuter students will complete an off-campus petition. Once your Housing Application is complete, Olivet’s Housing Office will email you your dorm location.

One of the most important parts of the Orientation process is finalizing your financial aid. It may seem like a lot to do between now and the start of fall semester, but we are with you every step of the way!

First Time Freshmen
First, fill out the Class Registration Form. Once you receive your student portal login from your Admissions Counselor, you can visit my.olivet.edu to check on your schedule through the “Student Academic” drop-down menu option on the left of your screen. If you have questions about your schedule or would like to make changes, email registrar@olivet.edu.
Transfer Students
Schedule a pre-registration meeting with your Transfer Counselor today! They will help you prepare your fall 2023 class schedule and officially register you for classes. After completing class registration, you will receive access to your Olivet email account and online student portal.
For the safety of the campus community, Olivet requires proof of immunization records. New students must register for a new account for medical records through www.medproctor.com using their Olivet credentials. Check out the video for health form video instructions.
