As a candidate in the FNP-C track, you will be prepared to care for individuals and families in diverse healthcare settings. These settings include clinics, community-based settings, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. Family Nurse Practitioners focus on health promotion and disease prevention and are trained to diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
As a student in the FNP-C track, you will interact with multidisciplinary representatives —exploring collaborative best practices. By sharing professional experiences in discussion and writing assignments, you will achieve further development.
