Leading up to the observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2018, Dr. Bowling addressed the gathering of students, staff and faculty in Centennial Chapel with this life-altering question. In his message, he shared a quote from Dr. King: “The time is always ripe to do right.” He challenged everyone to show the love of God in how they relate with other people. Dr. Bowling also extended a special welcome to new students and international students. He encouraged all students to intentionally meet more people and expand their circles of relationships this semester.
