He has been recording and producing music since 2015. First with an emphasis on his compositions and songs and then branching out to work with independent artists. With a passion for seeing worship grow in the church, Lain works to help churches and worship leaders develop their ministries. He is the president of the non-profit ministry People of Freedom and a self-published writer for the devotional Abiding Daily.

Nathan and his wife, Erin are active worship leaders recording their original music with their worship band. They have a son named Clinton and live in Kankakee, Illinois.
