Before joining Olivet's faculty in 2006, Dr. Ingram taught academic writing to sophomore law students for two years at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She has been teaching English and leading ESL camps in the US, Asia, Africa, China, and Europe for the past 2 decades. 

In addition to serving as the Executive Director of the CAE, Dr. Ingram is chair of the Department of General Studies. She teaches Essentials of Learning, Learning Success Strategies, Exploring Vocation and Life Calling, and serves as an Advisor for students still exploring the right major for their unique calling and set of skills. In addition to teaching General Studies courses, Dr. Ingram also teaches in the University Honors Program.
