The dynamic connection between Riverside Healthcare and Olivet Nazarene University continues to benefit many students, professors, medical personnel and patients in Kankakee County.
“Riverside is proud to partner with Olivet to invest in students who are pursuing their nursing degree. We believe in continually supporting our employees to help them provide the highest quality of care for our patients. This investment is a natural step in pursuit of our mission, and everyone benefits — Olivet, our employees and our patients.”
Jump Start Your Future
Continue from the RN-BSN program into the MSN program seamlessly and choose a specialization that will help you thrive in your healthcare career.
RN-BSN graduates have access to nurse roles outside of bedside nursing such as leadership, management, informatics and community health. BSN nurses have greater job security and may see higher pay and/or benefits. A BSN degree is a prerequisite to pursuing higher education, such as an MSN degree and FNP certification. BSN prepared nurses help to increase patient outcomes and significantly lower mortality rates (AACN, 2024).
