We are excited for what this new semester holds for your students as we kick off the Spring 2026 semester. While the cold temps and snow may hinder the campus community from enjoying the great outdoors, our Student Development team continues to prioritize community by creating spaces and places for indoor fun and fellowship! More details of the Student Life Calendar can be found below to encourage your student's participation. To view other University events, visit olivet.edu/events! With it being a new semester, we want to help ensure that your student feels confident about their academic work. Encourage them to connect with their professors and our Center for Academic Excellence. Our staff personnel can help support them along the way. Please take note of the following information from around campus! If you have any questions about the content or recommendations for items to include in the next bi-monthly newsletter, please email ONUcares@olivet.edu. You can also feel free to reach out with any questions or if you just need some advice, direction, or prayer!

From One Parent to Another... With a semester ahead, here are ways to pray for your student: Pray for a renewed sense of energy and motivation as they navigate the weeks ahead. Pray that they experience joy in intentional moments of community—whether outdoors on campus, in their studies, or through everyday interactions. Pray for perseverance to overcome any challenges they may face. Pray that they encounter the Lord in deep and meaningful ways during the weeks ahead. Also, consider reaching out with a verse or encouraging message to let them know they were on your mind!
