Lynda Aills has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with proficiencies in English, Literature, and Psychology, and a Master of Arts Degree in Education.  From childhood Lynda wanted to be a teacher, and has enjoyed many years as a High School English teacher and literacy advancement specialist in Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky where she has been awarded several Excellence In Teaching and Teacher Of The Year Awards.

Currently working in the field of Early Childhood Education, Lynda is an advocate in Early Literacy programs. Recently, Lynda travelled to Haiti where she continues to work with teachers in the field of Early Childhood. Lynda has been teaching at Olivet Nazarene University for fifteen years and was presented with the Snowbarger Excellence in Teaching Award during the 2009 Graduation Ceremonies at Olivet. 

She is married to Pastor Gary Aills and has two children, Nathan and Nicholas.
