Dr. Williamson currently serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Engagement for Olivet Nazarene University’s Walker School of Engineering. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the McGraw School of Business at Olivet and the Ed.D. program in Olivet’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies (SGCS). Before this assignment, he was Dean of the SGCS from 2010 to2012.

Prior to his service at Olivet, he was a Professor of Organizational Leadership and Associate Dean at the George Jetter School of Business at Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU) in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He served at MVNU from 1994 to 2010 as an administrator, faculty member and Associate Dean.

A graduate of Olivet, he continued his education as a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Speech Communication at Ball State University while completing a M.A. degree. In 2002, he completed the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) degree from the University of Sarasota, Florida. In 2007, he completed a certification program in Fundraising Management at Indiana University.In 2008-09, was a post-doctoral student in the Department of Marketing and Logistics, Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Dr. Williamson has taught several graduate courses, including: Management Communication, Organizational Behavior, Change Management, Foundations of Management, Strategic Management, Management Ethics and Leadership.

With a total of over 25 years of professional experience in higher education and leadership, Dr. Williamson has served as a presenter and speaker at numerous national conferences on subjects related to management, marketing and student enrollment. He has also served as an organizational consultant and executive coach to higher education, business and industry.
