Dr. Brady has been a member of the faculty in Olivet's School of Education since 2002. She brings more than 30 years of experience working with young people and children in a number of areas. She teaches history and philosophy of education for undergraduate and graduate students; middle school and secondary reading for the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies; leadership paradigms for the Ed.D program; and online CIED courses for the graduate program.

She was a teaching principal in a private school for 15 years. Currently, she works as executive director of programs for C.R.A.F.T., Inc., a nonprofit organization that mentors young people in grades six through college-age in Hopkins Park, IL.

Dr. Brady is a member of the International Reading Association (IRA), and the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD). She is also a member and Christian education director of the Pembroke Fellowship Church, Pembroke Township, IL.

She enjoys listening to music, playing the piano, traveling, reading and playing games on her Kindle.
