Favorite Class at Olivet: My favorite class at Olivet was Youth Ministry in the Local Church taught by University Chaplin, Mark Holcomb. In this class we learned how to serve and Chaplin Holcomb was someone and still is someone who invested in my life like no one had before.

Best Olivet memory: Sophomore year of college all of my friends and I lived in the same apartment complex and we had a strict open-door policy. Doing life and having community like this is something I will always cherish. These are still some of my best friends to date and I will never forget the impact these guys had and still have on my life.

Favorite place to eat in town: Isidros Tamales and Taqueria. The best most authentic Mexican food you will get hands down.

Hobbies: In my free time  I enjoy running, reading, hiking, hanging out with friends, exploring somewhere new and photography!

Favorite campus tradition: The All-School Christmas Party. This is a time where the whole school comes together to celebrate the best time of year, Christmas! There's always so much good food, games, hot cocoa and good laughs!

Advice for new students: Don't be afraid of saying YES! College will be some of the best years of your life and getting involved will only enhance that experience for you. Olivet is a beautiful place with an opportunity for everyone here. Also, don't forget to do your school work.

Favorite Bible verse: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
