Your employees are your greatest asset, and in today’s information-age society, continuing education is their vital link to top-notch performance in the workplace. Olivet’s established Business and Nursing programs for adults can move your workers to the cutting edge through two primary ways:

1. The University will offer college degree programs at your facility at times that are convenient for your employees.
2. Corporations sometimes create their own universities to train employees to accomplish critical company objectives. Some of this training may be eligible for college credit. Through Olivet’s business-university partnership program, the University can award credit to adults who have participated in such training. Combining credit for corporate training with Olivet’s college courses can give your employees a head start toward earning a college degree.

The University will work with your corporation to establish an articulation agreement that specifies which training classes qualify for college credit.

Olivet also can reduce your administrative and paperwork costs by providing your company with direct billing for employees receiving financial assistance with their tuition.
