Mike Stanfa
Director
 
 
Michael A. Stanfa is the Director of the Center for Ethical Leadership at Olivet Nazarene University’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Prior to joining Olivet, he has had over 22 years experience in the banking industry, most recently at Peoples Bank of Kankakee County a community bank, where he was a senior vice president. Additional prior experience includes 12 years of private practice of law in Chicago and 17 years with a Savings and Loan Association, which went public during his tenure there. He also has been an adjunct professor at Kankakee Community College since 1992, concentrating his teaching in the school’s paralegal program. Mr. Stanfa received his A.B from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois (1971) and his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois (1974) of Chicago.
 
Professional development includes the Graduate School of Community Bank Management through the Institute of Financial Education with the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Stanfa is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and before the United States Supreme Court. He currently is a Director of Provena St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee and serves as the Board’s Secretary. Mr. Stanfa, a life long resident of Illinois, and his wife reside in Kankakee Illinois. He has two children and three grandchildren.
 
 
Patricia Krohmer
Associate Dean, Corporate Training
 
 
Tricia Krohmer is the associate dean of corporate training and career services for Olivet’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies. She comes to academia after spending more than 25 years in the corporate arena with specific expertise in training, sales and marketing. The bulk of that time was spent in a variety of management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including 15 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb.
 
Krohmer has had the unique experience of working for small start-ups as well as large Fortune 50 companies. Throughout her career, she has both international and domestic responsibilities and has served on transition teams for mergers and acquisitions. Just prior to joining Olivet Nazarene University, Krohmer was the vice president of sales for a small start-up in St. Louis and was responsible for creating the field sales force and the supporting infrastructure, which included a training department and assessment center.
 
She holds an MBA and a graduate certificate in Training and Performance Management. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in organizational management with a specialization in leadership.

R. Michael Shehorn
Regional Site Director
 
 
R. Michael Shehorn has been regional site director and executive-in-residence at Olivet Nazarene University’s Chicago Regional Center in Rolling Meadows, Ill., since 2008. Prior to joining Olivet, he had more than 36 years experience within the banking industry, most recently with National City Bank, where for the last 10 years he led the bank’s upper middle market and public sector initiatives for Northern Illinois. Additional prior experience includes 18 years with Lloyds Bank PLC and its successors within the U.S. with a focus on international, large corporate and middle market banking. Mr. Shehorn earned a B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1971 and holds an MBA from Duquesne University (1979). He served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1971-1979, attaining the rank of Captain.
 
Professional development includes the Advanced Management Program at Ashridge Management College (U.K.), the School for International Banking, University of Colorado, Lloyds Bank Exchange and Money Market Course and the Lloyds/Harvard Corporate Finance Course (Singapore). He currently serves on the Board of Executive Service Corps of Chicago and most recently served as a member of the Board of Business Trustees of The Associated Colleges of Illinois and the Government Relations Committee of the Illinois Bankers Association. A native of Pennsylvania, Shehorn and his wife currently reside in Hinsdale, Ill. They have two married sons.
 
 
Dianne M. Daniels - DBA, MBA, CSA
Adjunct Professor of Management
 
 
Dr. Dianne M. Daniels earned her doctorate in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. Her research and publication interests are in the area of business ethics, leadership, and talent management. In addition, she holds a Master of Science degree from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management with a focus in finance. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana, with a major in economics and a minor in finance and also holds certification in strategy and management from The American Management Association.
 
Dr. Daniels’ experience as a corporate finance professional stems from years of work for major corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Sprint and Sprint PCS, Conseco, and ABN AMRO. Her experience working in industries such as high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services in areas such as corporate financial planning and analysis, finance operations, financial systems and cost accounting allows her to bring a broad perspective to issues of financial management and strategy.
 
She has held management responsibilities across regions and developed teams to support functional areas within organizations that include business development, sales and marketing, information technology, operations and other corporate shared services such as human resources and finance. In addition she is a trained Six-Sigma DMAIC Greenbelt with process improvement experience.
 
Dianne M. Daniels has served as partner in The Dawson Daniels Consulting Group, LLC, a firm specializing in program and project management, business planning and strategy development for small to mid-sized businesses. In this capacity Dr. Daniels has consulted with national non-profit organizations as well as for-profit organizations. She is an adjunct professor of management at Olivet Nazarene University. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of Esusu Investments, Inc. and on the Board of Directors of Reading is Fundamental (RIF) in Chicago, Ill.
 
 
Jeremy Johnson
Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships
 
 
Jeremy Johnson is the Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships at Olivet Nazarene University’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Prior to joining Olivet, he spent ten years in the business world, gaining a broad base of experience. Mr. Johnson’s areas of experience include project/program management, contract management, finance and communications. He is very familiar with the wireless communications industry, having worked for Motorola, Inc. for more than five years. Most recently, he spent three years in an overseas assignment in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he managed the Africa Region operations of World Mission Communications, spanning 37 countries.
 
A 1999 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with magna cum laude honors. After obtaining several years of work experience, he pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Kansas, graduating with a double concentration in marketing and international business. He has also earned a Master’s Certificate in project management from George Washington University.
 
Mr. Johnson is an accomplished public speaker with more than 17 years of experience, including two national tours. He has a passion for learning about other cultures and has traveled to more than a dozen countries around the world. Mr. Johnson has also served as adjunct faculty in administration, communications, statistics and finance and enjoys being in the classroom. He lives in Bourbonnais with his wife and three children and is an avid sports fan as well.
