Olivet Nazarene University

The Olivet Nazarene University Center for Ethical Leadership and Executive Development is an intentional effort to resource and inspire men and women for ethical leadership across the spectrum of business, education, healthcare, government, social service, and the church. We seek to be a voice and an influence for effective leadership and a resource center for executive development.

The Center strives to provide a broad range of learning opportunities and environments designed to meet the needs of the global community it serves. Those involved meet regularly, and the agenda includes high profile speakers, training and development, targeted outreach and consulting. The Center actively pursues outside learning resources to assist in its programs.

The Center is advised by a diverse board comprised of representatives from Olivet, local government officials, local and international businesses, various religious denominations and individuals with demonstrated character. This advisory board directs the Center in accomplishing its vision to create a more Christ-like culture in the world He created.
