Admission to Middle School Endorsement — SGCS

In addition to the General Admissions Requirements, the applicant must:

1. Provide a copy of a valid Illinois teaching certificate (Type 3 - Elementary, Type 9 - Secondary, or Type 10 - Special K-12).
