This informal process should be instituted no later than 10 business days after the disputable incident. If a satisfactory conclusion is not attained by Step 3 of the informal process, the student may then initiate the formal process with the Associate Registrar - SGCS. To formalize a grievance, the student must submit a written statement of the grievance, along with any pertinent attachments, to the Associate Registrar - SGCS. This must be accomplished within five business days after the completion of the informal process. The Grievance Committee will be convened for a hearing. All discussions within the Grievance Committee are strictly confidential. All parties directly involved will be notified of the proceedings. |
