- Signed Award Letter returned to Olivet Nazarene University
- Stafford Loan entrance counseling for first-time borrowers submitted electronically from the ONU Financial Aid Website
- Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note submitted electronically at: DLENOTE.ED.GOV
- Authorization for Disbursement of Title IV Funds submitted electronically from the ONU Financial Aid Website
- Perkins Loan entrance counseling for first-time borrowers submitted electronically (if applicable) from the ONU Financial Aid Website
- Alternative Student Loan pre-approval obtained from lender (if applicable)
- If requested by Olivet, verification materials listed in the award packet returned to Financial Aid
