Favorite ONU class: Intercultural Communication challenged my perceptions about people who have backgrounds different from mine. The class grew really close as we shared our experiences and learned from one another.
Favorite extracurricular activity as a student: I loved my time as a resident assistant on Williams Third South! Getting to know the girls on my floor, hanging out at floor parties, growing closer to one another at Bible study, and all the other crazy things that go on in a freshman dorm made my junior year so much fun!
Favorite college trip: During the summer of 2010, I was able to travel to Cote d’Ivoire, Africa, to serve with local congregations and work with children for eight weeks! It was eye-opening and incredible to work alongside people with such a passion for Kingdom work.
Best Olivet memory: Eight senior girls and I visited three floors (including the ultra-quiet floor) of the library wearing swishy track suits to pay a visit to the underclassmen still studying for finals!
