JOLIET, Ill. – The air was a little crisp and the wind was a little strong at times, but senior Gwen Holmes (Princeton, Ill.) continued to play consistent capturing the top spot at the University of St. Francis Invite on Saturday, Oct. 6. Holms and the Tigers also captured the team title, finishing ahead of William Penn University (Wis.) by 11 strokes.

Olivet finished the two-day invitational with a team score of 668 in the five team field. William Penn finished second with a total of 679, just one shot ahead of Viterbo University (Wis.).
