HireOlivetians.com

Olivet Nazarene University announces the launch of www.HireOlivetians.com, in an effort to match Olivet students with internships and graduates with potential employers. This online portal features numerous opportunities for students, alumni and friends, including: job and internship postings, networking, and news and articles on industry trends.

Once a username and password is set up, a student, alumnus or employer may access all the benefits of the site. Users may activate mobile alerts, allowing them to receive an instant notification when a certain type of job or internship becomes available.

After several weeks of assessing multiple systems, a team led by Dr. Jeff Williamson, director of corporate and community engagement, Mary Anderson, director of Career Services, and Alyson Bundy, employer relations coordinator, selected the software called College Central Network®. This software functions within the ONU website and powers HireOlivetians.com.

“The HireOlivetians.com site is an exciting addition to our efforts to facilitate more internships and jobs for ONU students and graduates,” said Williamson. “I really believe that this site, combined with our efforts at corporate and community engagement, will give ONU students an advantage over others entering the workforce.”
