Professor Allen teaches general physics courses as well as senior engineering projects. He is also the sponsor for the student design team that builds an all-terrain vehicle and enters the Baja SAE annual competition.
He has 30 years of experience as an engineer and more than 10 years teaching in his field of expertise. He is a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.
