Dr. Lamb Normand began teaching at Olivet in 2007. She teaches courses in communication and advises the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society.
While finishing her doctorate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she received the Bruce Kendall Teaching Award for her contribution as course director for UNL’s basic communication course in 2006.
She is an active member of the National Communication and Central States Communication Associations.
She and her husband, Bill, have two children, Adeline and Bennett.
