Women Alive Ministries announces the seventh annual “Come to the Fire” conference to be held Thursday evening through Saturday noon, October 11–13, 2012. The Betty and Kenneth Hawkins Centennial Chapel on the campus of Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, Ill., is this year’s conference site.
Designed to help women discover the spiritual life they have always wanted, the conference is interdenominational and open to the public. The theme is “Overflow with Love,” focused on the holy heart. Keynote speakers include Melinda (Watson) Priest, Stephanie Hogan and Carolyn Johnson.
“'Come to the Fire' is filled with God’s Holy Spirit and is all about Jesus,” said Aletha Hinthorn, conference speaker and director of Women Alive Ministries. “More than 2,000 women — from eight countries and 35 states in the U.S. — attended last year’s conference.”
Conference fees are a donation only. Lunch is available for Friday only, pre-ordered, for $10.60 per person.
